Boomer Boss Insults my Background Despite not Knowing anything in the Field Himself

The title says it all. Edit: Failed to mention, I'm the gallery manager for this man's art gallery. He is 80 years old, never had success running his place, and always had a reputation for being rude to people and the overall community. His gallery was in complete disarray, with it looking like a junkyard than an actual space. There was no internal infrastructure in place, so I created it all from scratch. There was a good amount of time spent fixing it up to make it somewhat usable. Exhibitions were brought in, and with a decent amount of success. “No.  You must login with the gallery business account to do gallery business.  You have deceived yourself.  Those are student versions.  You can verify this by talking to Microsoft.  You need to use the identical version as Bonny.  You have deceived yourself if you think you are an art administrator.  You have much to learn.  You are at best a novice.  You need to learn about the business of art, the business of relating to artists, the business of relating to patrons, the business of dealing with art objects, and the business of engaging the public.  You were not hired to fix anything.  You were hired to put on art exhibits.  You have been involved in several projects that diverted you from that goal.  Your attempts to clean up the gallery left a big mess. Your attempt to sell artifacts was a waste of time. Your attempt to build a web site left an undocumented monster that has done nothing for the exhibits.  Your attempt at social media is ineffective.  You are so out of touch with the reality of business that you cannot code and document your work in a businesslike manner.  You have a lot to learn.  If you continue to think you know what you are doing you will only hurt your employability.  You need to analyze what is going on and make improvements.  The future will require more work and lots of change no matter what you chose to do.”
