Boomer Co-Workers paid more, but can’t do modern tech

I work in as a permit expediter in NYC. Its a small company with about 5-6 employees, family run. My older co-workers refuse to come to the office more than 2 days a week, the other employees are not as involved/only come in one-2 days a week. I got the position right before the pandemic began, and post pandemic I am the only person who comes to the office 5 days a week and have been since June 2020, as that has been more or less stipulated. I am a Millennial that hates talking on the phone, but as per work I deal with it. It would seem all my other co workers hate the phone as well. I have one other co worker who answers the phone, but he is older, so whenever he answers the phones my bosses send me an email to call the person back to…

Shouldn't the guy who answered the call get all the info to begin with? Why am I always asked to call the person back, when its usually some older Boomer wanting to speak with my boss.

It's annoying dealing with clients that refuse to email, especially considering that the whole Department of Building's is all now done online. via email.

I feel I am still being paid the least. What do you guys recommend I do in this situation? I am basically the voice and face of my company, they all hide/travel and work from home.

How do you feel when you are paid less to do more work. But your older co-workers are at home saying they can't answer the phone because its waffle day.

What should I do ??
