So like the title states, I was taking a shit, hadn't been but five minutes. Boss walks into bathroom (I was in a stall), and says in his little weasel voice “Hey, you alive in here? When you're done I need you to help this customer unload.” (It was an online auction house that sells crap ppl don't want.)
Well, this pissed me off something proper. My boss already had trouble with impulsive behaviors, like impulsively deciding to overhaul the whole floor plan, even though the prior floor plan worked well.
Never in 20 years of my work experience had a boss burst into the bathroom demanding me to hurry up. It's not like I abused bathroom breaks, I had been there less than 2 months.
Anyhow, I finished up, found my boss, told him it was fucked up what he did (in front of said customer) and walked out.
This had also been after they let the whole staff off for a week with no pay because of the floor plan overhaul.
A few months later my immediate manager texted me and told me he quit too. Got tired of putting up with little man's abuse.
Luckily, I had a new job within a day, better pay, better hours. Have since left that job for a salaried position.
