So after HR got in a fit because people weren't going into the office as much as they were supposed to. (the job can be done 95% remotely) My boss decided to change our 8:45 AM morning meeting to 10:00 AM in person. Now that sounds better time wise, but for 3/7 people in our group this change actually forces us to start commuting to work earlier than we usually would, making traffic about 10-15 minutes worse each day. First day with the new time change, she shows up 5 minutes late to the meeting, turns out she has a different meeting that partially conflicts with the 10 AM slot. I asked her if we could change it to 10:30 due to the conflict, and she yells at me.
In sum. My boss rescheduled a useless remote meeting to be in person for a job that can be done entirely remotely. And now my already bad commute got 10 minutes longer. And when asked if I could change it just 30 minutes later, I get yelled at. Perfect.
