Boss fired me 1 day before I go on family leave

I've been with this company about 2 months now and am having my first kid sometime in the 2 weeks or so. Because of this I was given unpaid leave by the company that would have started today and ended March 5th. My new boss (about 2.5 weeks since hire) decided yesterday that my attendance was no longer working for him. I had, since hire, only had to miss a day or leave early 3 times, 2 of these were for medical emergencies involving my pregnant wife. I also worked 15 days out of my first month with no days off, and have worked a 7 day week for them on 1 other occasion as well.
