For the past few years, I have worked a seasonal job with decent hourly pay, and worked 35-60 hours per week. My old boss called me today and asked if I could come in to train the new person who's doing my job. I asked several revelant questions, and found out they're week's behind schedule already. Should I help them, or just let them suffer?
