Boss forcing unpaid week off

For reference, the job is WFH, 40 hours a week and I get paid hourly. There hasn’t been an issue with my performance. I regularly get compliments on my work. I tested positive for covid on Sunday and let my boss know immediately. He replied saying to take it easy, etc. I replied saying I’ll keep him posted but I can still work obviously, just can’t go to in person meetings. I worked for a couple hours and updated him on what was happening with clients and he once again said not to push myself and get rested first. Then this morning I wake up to a text saying, “Hey, please take the rest of the week off I’ll handle emails and I have calls routing to the new phone number. Give me a call when you’re well, thank you.” Now I’m out work for a week and he’s ignoring…

In the past, I’ve heard him talk about cutting an employees hours until they quit so I’m worried about that happening here
