I have been at the company for a year and half and when I started my boss the owner said that I get my PTO which is two weeks after 3 months of working here.
And I did, I used all of my PTO since October last year. now its the new year and he just now told me that I actually earn my PTO each quarter which is a day. which ends up being 4 days and then after another year I earn a week of vacation. So I would have to wait until the end of the year to receive my PTO.
He keeps gaslighting me and changing the PTO policy on me. I have been looking for another job but the market sucks right now.
