I got a new job with a $15k pay increase, so I gave notice at my current job last week. The biggest reason I'm leaving is the workload… there's enough work on my desk for 4 people to stay busy and the stress is physically affecting me.
My boss has ignored me for a week now and I'm about sick of it. I work remotely so at the very least, I need instructions on returning their computer and equipment.
I just got confirmation that they'll pay out my accrued PTO, but I'm seriously considering using it and just being done.
Is there any reason why I should stay and finish my notice?
