Boss is so disorganised , and blames things on me

Basically I was working as an intern at an agency since June, and in November my boss took me out to lunch and proposed to me being her personal assistant. I agreed and told her I was happy she trusts me a lot with thé mission, and that I am a very organised person with excellent memory. She told me she was disorganised and needed someone to help her with that. Fast forward to last week with me in my new role in the agency, and I am super stressed out because I didn’t realised to the extent she was disorganised. She asked me to respond to an email she right away (and it was written so in the email) I did, and sent it out to the production team and she asked me 10 minutes later if I sent it and she said it wasn’t confirmed and got super…

She asked me to respond to an email she right away (and it was written so in the email) I did, and sent it out to the production team and she asked me 10 minutes later if I sent it and she said it wasn’t confirmed and got super mad that I sent it out, she’s like if I wanted to send out emails I would have done it myself. I remind her of a specific deal line and told her that I was sorry for being annoying but it needs to be done, and she tells me yes you kind of are. Another thing is she told another employee he would have to switch places with me at the office so she can see what I am doing on the computer because she doesn’t want me to only do work when asked. I have asked for more work and responsibility as I have not much tasks to do , and get them done efficiently and on time. Therefore when there is absolutely nothing to do I either ask for work or wait for someone to do something. Whenever I try to be proactive at work (because she wants someone to be like that) she tells me not to do anything unless I am told to. This is only the second week of being her personal assistant and I’m frustrated because she doesn’t trust me to organise her life and seems to like to be an disorganised mess.
