My boss wrote me up for something and when I asked if it would effect my student loan repayment program she said, “no but you should consider that the next time,” I asked for a transfer from her department minutes later. I’m a government employee and it will take 8-12 months to transfer and backfill my position, is there anything I can do in the meantime? I’ve reported her to EEO and her boss and nobody seems to care she’s bullying me and threatening my job and job incentives. I also have documented forms of discriminatory action she’s taken against me.
