Boss just “changed her mind” about my availability

I work at a popular unnamed cookie place. After giving her my work availability and letting her know that I work another job she accepted my availability. Now after a week or so of working and everything going perfectly, she suddenly changed her mind about my availability saying “if you can’t work this job because it interferes with your other job, you’ll have to quit”. Is this even legal? She’s not letting me request days off that I am now forced to work. And if I don’t show up and instead go to my other job she is threatening to fire me. What do I do?
