I am assistant, boss is female version of Micheal Scott. We disagree on an issue. I suggest trip to HR, boss mad and moves chair at me until I have to stand up and request space. Boss kicks my heels from behind as I make my way to HR, again have to request space. Some video and possible witness to kicking. Finished shift, had to email HR because they were gone. I now have to wait till Monday while they investigate. Any advice?
