So I’ve tried googling and I can’t find a definitive answer. I work for a very small business, less than 10 employees, in Florida. It has recently come to my attention that while working our boss not only watches us on the cameras but has been listening in on our conversations. Two of us work in the same small space with the doors closed so no one walking by could just hear our conversations. We also work very early in the morning when most people aren’t even awake yet. I’d assume we have a reasonable right to privacy to not have our boss just listen to our conversations. Is this something I can take action against?
