So I got called in end of the year and told for the health of the company we need to change my pay structure. And then laid out for me an unbelievably insulting low ball offer. Basically, I'm under the impression he just wants me to quit, and doesn't want to fire me. Is this even legal in California? Obviously I'm looking for other work and fuck this company, but is there anything else I can do in the meantime?
