I work for a big military contractor and my boss now has me training for and doing another job entirely. I now have 2 separate jobs, asked for a raise and was told he couldn't do it. Getting kind of busy being pulled in 2 different directions, not to mention the jobs sort of conflict with each other. Honestly, I'm afraid to be reported for conflict of interest in doing them together. Was told don't worry about that and that my main job doesn't keep me busy the whole work day anyway. Is there anything I can do here?
