Boss owns a team-building B2B travel company, so other companies can take their employees on a getaway

We have never been on a getaway such as this. Team-building exercises are canceled every time they’re planned. Our work is calculated down the to minute and if we are under 80% productivity (with a convoluted formula) we are met to discuss where our time went. Our benefits are far far below what is generally offered in this day and age (we have the minimum vacation/sick days/etc required by law.) We have multiple employees on burnout leave. And the boss is out there on his ridiculous beach adventures sending pictures every week and posting on IG, talking about how beneficial it is for team-building and productivity. It’s so ridiculous and offensive.
