So this was definitely a first for me. I came in earlier than usual and my boss passed me in the lobby of my building and we had a brief chat. It all seemed fine but as he was leaving he dropped, “Change that smell” and made a stench face. Then he walked away. I was taken aback. I use regular Irish spring soap and avoid cologne. There was really no basis for it. The only thing I can think of is it was some strange expression? Since I had Covid last year I still haven't regained my smell so no not sure if I have an odor of some sort but either way he was completely out of line.
