I work missouri, fertilizing and weed control company (basically Tru green) but with 18 technicians working 10,000 customers. Today in a team meeting they the operations manager said we can't discuss pay, as it just is a headache for managers, and they will terminate people for doing so….. they are bringing in new hires with no license for the same pay as 10+ year vets WITH Commerical licenses, so of course the older guys are angry. Isn't it illegal for them to forbid us for discussing wages? We are non union .
Edit; How do i report them? Do I get this on video? I'll make sure to be heard talking about wages around him, and have him call me into his office with my phone on record? Idk what to do!!!!!
