That was the subject line of an email sent to my whole team of about 15.
Turns out it was some click bait bc the main body was talking about how she managed to promote 11/15 people in 2022 and she wanted to do the same this year. For reference we’re a tech company and most of my team is junior hires in our first job after university.
She was talking some corporate shit about how courses the company would pay for but it left a really sore taste in my mouth?!
Like even as a joke, what would happen if I had anxiety or was stressed out?!
