None of my upper managers care and this kind of disrespect and lack of decency happens a lot at this job. It’s not anything crazy it’s a fast food restaurant. But is there any way I could build a case or do anything to get things to change? Anyone had any success with this type of thing before? Or is it pretty much useless since they’re a big food chain?
