I have created a joint account with my boyfriend so he can cash his checks. He has a bunch of checks to cash out because he did not have access to a bank for a while. He tried to cash out 5 checks at once and 3 of them bounced.
Now my account is frozen. I call the bank for them to tell me they need to make sure the checks weren't fake. The boss needs to call the bank to confirm the checks were not fake.
It has been 3 WEEKS. He said he'd call them and hasn't. No word from him at all. And there is seemingly nothing I can do. So I am left with a frozen account and no money. He doesn't answer ANY of his calls or texts. So basically my bf is working for free right now because he can't even use his money. I am absolutely pissed and I don't know what to do.
Please help.
