So I work fast food and I told my manager I only want 4 days due to medical issues. She agreed to this, but she'll schedule me 4 days one week, then continue to schedule me for 5 unless I call in 2 weeks in a row which then causes her to schedule me for only 4. I've tried telling her that I flat out won't work 5 days.
