Hey everyone! I got a new job 4 months ago and it is by far, the most toxic job I've ever had! Everyone hates each other, so they're always screaming and yelling! One of the owners was caught doing illegal drugs at his desk!
After my two month mark, I was told that I'm the longest lasting employee in my position, everyone quits after a few days!
I've had my fair share of toxic jobs, but this is the worst!
So today, the two ladies were screaming at each other once again, and I just couldn't take it anymore. It's a beautiful day out, like 50-60 F, 10 AM and these cuckoo birds are fighting again. I just screamed, “Can we not do this today!” One lady slammed her door and had it closed for the rest of the day (She also ignored me the rest of the day too, Keep in mind, I'm a quiet person who gets along with everyone) The other lady, who I get along with more, was like, no no, I understand!
Usually they fight when no one is around, but this time one of the owners was around and he didn't do a thing! He just complained that he hates this place. lol
I just don't understand why the owners of the company won't manage their company and either start firing people, or atleast put in a corrective action plan, or relocate problem people. It baffles me that they let this all happen and not put their foot down!
