I was working on my work laptop and all of a sudden a green border appeared around my workspace (in all apps) and my mouse pointer got sluggish and then jumpy when I navigated around. Anyone know what this could be? I searched in Task Manager and nothing jumped out at me. Finally just shut down the computer and switched to my personal one for now.
