Sysco drivers and warehouse workers are on strike in the Baltimore/D.C. metro area.
This affects my restaurant.
My rep called and assured me that Sysco is bringing in “the best associates” from around the country to scab in their warehouse and on their routes.
WAKE UP SYSCO. Your best workers are outside on the picket line! Many of these guys have been their for their whole career. Many more 30+ years. And this is how they are treated?
Sysco has doubled down on their anti-worker policies. We stand strong with our brothers and sisters on the picket line in Jessup, Maryland.
Buy what you must, but every dime Sysco makes in profit right now is going to fucking over their workers. Let's give them the squeeze.
