My mom has the flu, my aunt relapsed, and my grandma is too old to watch my son for 8 hours (she's 78). I messaged the other managers (I'm the third assistant manager at a pet store) about my son being at work with me from 12-7 and they said “bring him in. We have too much to do.”
My son is 17 months old…. doesn't this go against labor laws?
