Broken phone systems too expensive for my work to fix

I have a work from home job with a financial institution and for the last month my work phone hasn't been functioning properly. It doesn't ring or beep when I get calls and I've spent 2 full work days trying to get the issue resolved with our IT team. They told me that it was a system issue and that there was a system wide update they'd be doing that should fix it but they have no idea when they're doing the update. I just got my closing ticket email from work and it straight up says they wouldn't fix my phone because it's too costly. Now my job, my stats, they're at risk because I can't answer every single call within 10 seconds. I'm not sure what to do, I have to comply with their guidelines for answering but I'm not a magician, I can't just sense when someone's…
