Build the perfect work environment/space based on your personal work experience (past or present).

If you HAD to go into work (as in, fully remote is not an option): What would make an office space or park worth commuting for? If you could design the ideal setup what would it be like? Is it a better office aesthetic to be more comfortable or do you care more about amenities, dog friendly policies, etc? I’m genuinely curious what would make a work environment better — there’s obviously a lot of room for improvement in the corporate world for so many reasons. For those of you who left a corporate environment — what was the final straw? I think you all in this sub will have particularly enlightening feedback on what works and what doesn’t work. Thanks for your comments in advance.
