Burned out dad

Been working a skilled labor job at a large company for over 10 years now(blue collar). Great at my job but tired of it. Started when I was 21 and I just want to try something else but I make over 6 figures where I’m at with great benefits. I also have a wife who’s a stay at home mom and have 2 young daughters (1 and 4).The thought of trying something new is crazy relieving but also comes with a ton of dread as I live in a HCOL area and don’t want my kids to go without. I work a lot of shit is hitting the fan problems which can be stressful but rewarding(personally).Where/how do I find the middle ground because to be honest I’m probably slated for a heart attack in the next 10 or so years if I don’t figure something out and I don’t want to be the dad that’s always at work but I also want to make sure I’m taking care of my family financially.

What’s the way out of the bullshit rat race to the grave?
