Burned out, venting

This is a long one…According to my therapist, I’m experiencing burnout. Where do I start? I had my evaluation in the beginning of the year. No raise. The same company who temporally cut everyone’s pay during COVID because I’m in industry that was really affected by the pandemic. The little pay that I make, eventually came back. I got one piddly raise last year in the 4 years I’ve been there. That’s it. I have some health issues going on and the health insurance my employer offers is garbage.
I pay a lot for it and they cover hardly anything. More bills on my pathetic salary. All the “benefits” my employer offer is 10 vacation days and expensive, crappy health insurance. That’s it.
I’m salary and my boss has been yelling at me for taking longer than a 30 minute break and very adamant that I work 40 hours a week. Meanwhile, people in other departments leave 30 minutes early sometimes and I know they aren’t working 40 hours a week. I told my boss that and he was like “well, they come in on the weekend.” No they don’t!!!
I’ve had a couple of interview, but no offers yet. I cry everyday in the bathroom at my job. I need to get out. I don’t think I can take it any longer. Thanks for listening.
