I can't bloody stand it when they do this, I've had my fait share of it and now my partner is too. Where I'm from you have to work your notice otherwise they don't need to pay you your accrued leave and I swear it's a tactic that the manages turn the bullying up a notch to try and force you to leave early and keep your last pay. Screw those selfish people
