As someone with a disability, it feels like most businesses have zero interest in actually putting in effort to accommodate their employees, especially ones who are breaking the Wage Slave Rules™ and opt to let their bodies rest when their chronic illnesses flair up (I.E. needing recurring time off). I am one of those folks and have been trying to find a work place where I don’t feel like a gigantic burden for just existing.
If anyone has any sort of suggestions for companies/businesses that actually do seem to care about folks with disabilities, feel free to drop them in the comments! Solidarity to you all!
