Businesses will label anything where employees are trying to better themselves as negative.

First they called being a model employee “quiet quitting” because they couldn’t expect people to do free labor and give them extra time for free. Now they are calling it “rage applying” when you actively shop your resumé around looking for better paying jobs. Since when is any of this a bad thing?
