I called into work today for a mental health day, but did not want to tell them it was for mental health. I told them I was going to visit my dad in the hospital, (he got admitted last Thursday, I already told them about this). Boss is now asking for some sort of proof but doubts I can get a drs note for visiting someone else, and the hospital does not give out visitors passes. Any ideas?
