Any advice would help. So i’ve called in sick to work for 3 days now , I tried to get myself to go in today I got dressed and ready to go and then couldn’t face it. We are meant to call a manager when off sick but my manager is very unsympathetic so I called the main office to leave a voicemail.
I hate my job so much i’ve been there 4 years and it’s got worse they put so much onto me now and i’ve tried to speak to them about it but there is no point. Also i’m so down I never see my family or friends as I work 8-5 and just feel emotionally drained right now.
Any of you been in this situation or any advice you can give to me. I apply for loads of jobs but yet to hear anything back.
