A guy named Nick Roman posted on LinkedIn about creating a spreadsheet of WARN notice. He created a list of states in alphabetic order and links to their WARN notification sites/files of when a company filed their WARN Notification (their intent to lay people off) and in some cases when they plan to lay people off. Some lists will tell you how many by job title.
There are two reasons he created the list. 1st, to give people some insight into whether they will be affected and can start getting things into order in hopes to lessen the impact. The 2nd is for recruiters who have opportunities to hire to perhaps start reaching out and help minimize the time it takes to get people back to work.
