Can I get some good comebacks to ridiculous interview requests please

My bf applied for a job and they want him to send through a crazy amount of paperwork including a signed privacy agreement, full medical health record and so much more. It's literally hours of work that they requested he do (without pay) BEFORE they will even give him an interview. I would love to hear some hilarious responses that we can reply or your own stories of this happening to you
