sorry if this against the rules, i just see a lot of smart people on this sub and hope somebody can help me out
this is a weird question and i'm not really sure where to post it. i work at a non-chain pet store and every year our boss does a fundraiser thing where several associates are locked in dog crates and not let out until the donation goal is met (or at the end of the shift)
you can come out to go to the washroom but that's it, it's hot and uncomfortable and i hate doing it, do i have any legal right to not?
edit: big city in AL
