Arkansas, USA Employer has always provided general purpose cotton work gloves. Last year we had five lacerations. This year, they've purchased new Kevlar/Cotton blend gloves and had us sign to receive a pair and keep up with it. If we lose or throw them away, we have to purchase another pair. My question is, can they actually force me to purchase these gloves? Like, I don't really care because i don't plan to lose them, but it just kinda chaps my ass.
