Unsure where to post this but I thought someone here would atleast have a clue to this, full context is that there is stock missing from our bar and managers have suspicions that it was from somehow from us. They have reason to believe so as there are quite a few that come in off shift to have a drink and it's not out of question.
But they are threatening to remove our 50% discount and revoking access to the building off hours. As far as my research goes revoking access from the building is doable for them, but the 50% off staff food/drinks is on our contract as a benefit of working there.
Is there any advice on what to do just to tell them this isn't doable for them?
