Can my manager force me to give them my answers to my employee survey questions?

I (31f) wfh for a well known medical insurance company. I have not been very happy with leadership and the problems that have been going on in my department. I notice that quarterly we are sent surveys to complete for them to get a idea on how employees and providers feel about management, and the company as a whole. Having said that, these surveys are supposed to be anonymous. The company I work for also prides itself on their no retaliation policy. I recently had an issue with my manager pushing me into a situation where I had to give a presentation on something that I had absolutely no training on and had no access to the program. She basically told me as soon as I logged in that I would be doing this and told my co worker ( who has the access and experience) to share their screen and for me to basically wing it because she felt it would be good experience for me. I told my direct supervisor that I was not comfortable with this and she basically didn't understand why I was pulled to do that in the first place.
A week or so goes by and I get an email telling me I have to attend a meeting with my manager and a few others (cameras on ) and basically they want to have a sit down with us to discuss what them as leadership are doing correctly and what they can do to better serve us.
Are they allowed to force us to reveal how we really feel?
