I'm willing, capable, and able to work. My employer does not want to accommodate my disability so they keep denying me the accommodation.
I applied for FMLA shortly after the last denial of my accommodation request because it's my only way (at this point) to accommodate my condition and protect my job. I can't force my employer to accommodate me. I have documented proof emails and recordings. They keep saying my request ( a stool) is unreasonable. I asked them (on record) what is reasonable and she replied “I can't tell you that”.
I'm able to work but my employer doesn't want to accommodate her so I can continue working.
Do you think I will qualify for UI until I find other work?
I haven't quit my job and don't want to but I think my employer wants me to quit.
