“Can you explain me the gap in your CV?” Wtf? Can’t I just get some time for myself? This question should be prohibited.

I mean, I don’t have a gap myself on my cv. However, my manager was hiring a new person and she was telling me that she was really having second thoughts about the new guy because of the gap of three months in his CV. So what? It is so good that the other person had the opportunity to have this “gap”. Because you usually can’t cause you gotta pay bills, rent. Then they don’t want us to lie on cv’s.
