Can you get in trouble at work for being sick?

My boss said we are not allowed to get sick for the rest of November/December because it’s a busy period. That’s right not “allowed”. Other people were sick during the week and got time off but I feel like I’m going to have a meeting and get disciplinary action. I got a medical certificate to cover my ass too and the doctor thinks they’re not even allowed to question it as long as a medical certificate was provided. Fair work says employees are lawfully entitled to take their sick leave if you feel unable to work that day. I’m anxious about going into work is there anything good I can say to get them off my back?
