“Candidate Experience Survey”

Applied for a position recently, and got strung along about scheduling an interview by a hiring manager with no organizational skills. So after a questionnaire, being contacted, and the hiring manager saying they’d be in touch to schedule a team meeting I get dropped like a rock and sent a survey to talk about my experience going through the hiring process. I did everything I could to rip the guy a new asshole and call out his poor communication and disorganization. I don’t care if he gets fired, he probably won’t, but I want him to see it, his coworkers to see it. I want him to have on record how shit he is at his job, even if nothing happens to him. I did everything I could to rip the guy a new asshole and call out his poor communication and disorganization.
