Hi everyone. So the company I work in has clause stating that I cannot work in same industry for 3 years after if I leave the company. I will have to obtain a written confirmation from the company saying that they have allowed me to work or else we will face lawsuit. My question is how valid this clause will be if it reaches ro court and is it even legal to put clause like this on contract? Edit: The industry is mortgage broking
