I know most businesses are run by greedy or problematic people at least in the USA. I am employed at a business which is a small business. I try to avoid interactions with coworker and supervisor after work but they put me in a group chat to share the schedule. Today my red flags for racism were flying with them even though they’ve been signaling racism here and there in sprinkles. Today they’re fear mongering about BLM and that has nothing to do with the work schedule.
I have an iPhone and some members of the group have android. I don’t know how to leave the group and I didn’t initiate it.
I clicked on the group icon and scrolled to the bottom and no “leave group” is available to me.
I can’t afford to quit and I actually like the work we do. But the boss is already creepy now they’ve added huge bullhorns to their sprinkles of diet fascist comments.
Any advice?
