I work retail. Right now we have 3 of us who work there. One of whom is already on leave because she had to get surgery. I’ve been having health issues for months now, today is a very bad day. But I can’t even call in to rest because if I do, that leaves one person who has to work a 9-9. How can a company run like this? Sorry if this isn’t the place. I just needed to vent. I’m so done with that job and that company, but am basically being emotionally blackmailed to stay. I hate it.
