Hello everyone I’m 22 yo and I recently resigned from my current job due to the toxic work culture and long working hours also i’m going for my masters this fall. I’m currently on my notice period and the company is making me work more than ever and also denied for any leaves during my notice period. I’m thinking to abscond from the job but i want to know if my future employers will contact my current company to discuss about my performance since that can really affect my future.
